According to statistics published by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/nazbeheshti\/2019\/01\/16\/10-timely-statistics-about-the-connection-between-employee-engagement-and-wellness\/#1886256622a0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Forbes<\/a>, teams whose members are highly engaged demonstrate 21 percent greater profitability.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>It is not always easy to encourage employees to share their ideas.
