It shapes how we build it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That&#8217;s why our product roadmap ideation and selection process is public &#8211; at <a href=\"https:\/\/ideas.ideascale.com\">ideas.ideascale.com<\/a>! These ideas span: &#8220;gimmees&#8221; such as fixing grammar errors, things that are good but need to be done thoughtfully like removing duplicative features without breaking workflows, and more complex things like brand new feature ideas which require careful community and internal vetting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>34 ideas are currently are being internally evaluated<\/b>\u00a0for feasibility and prioritization versus our strategic roadmap<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>110 of those ideas have made it onto our official product roadmap.<\/b> That\u2019s not just a promise \u2014 it\u2019s a public commitment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Most importantly, of those 110, <b>50 ideas have already been implemented.<\/b> Real features, real change, real progress \u2014 all driven by the community&#8217;s input.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is more than just a numbers game. It&#8217;s a reflection of our core philosophy:<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1333\" data-end=\"1360\">\ud83e\udded Radical Transparency<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We don\u2019t hide behind closed doors. When we say we listen, we mean it \u2014 and we show our work. Our public idea portal isn\u2019t a marketing stunt; it\u2019s a working tool that holds us accountable. Everyone can see what\u2019s being suggested, how ideas are progressing, and which ones we\u2019re actually shipping.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Even I submit ideas as the CEO \u2014 and not all of them make it. Some get voted up, some get voted down. That\u2019s exactly how it should be. Ideas stand on their own merits, not on titles or tenure. It\u2019s a healthy check against blind spots and an open invitation for better thinking to win.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transparency builds trust. Trust builds great products.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1455\" data-end=\"1489\">\ud83e\udd1d Community-Driven Innovation<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our best product ideas aren\u2019t born in a boardroom. They come from the people who use IdeaScale every day \u2014 the ones who run campaigns, manage feedback loops, and feel the friction points firsthand.
