Monitor Innovation Program

Hello, and welcome to the idea deployer. In this video, we will explain how to monitor and manage the ongoing deployment of innovation. So let's get started.

Click on the Dashboard in the header navigation to access it.

The Dashboard provides a snapshot of key statistics and provides one source of truth on the Innovation Program.

The overall summary section of the dashboard provides a rundown of the number of workspaces in the organization, the number of challenges across all workspaces, and the number of ideas across all challenges.

It also highlights the number of ideas that are either in implementation or executed. Also, the number of active users.

The challenge section provides a snapshot of engagement activities such as the number of challenges, number of challenges that are voted, average number of ideas per challenge, and total ideas that have been rated.

It also provides analytics on the challenge pipeline that is the total number of challenges, a number of active challenges, and archived challenges.

The ideation section provides a snapshot of engagement activities such as the total number of ideas, total comments, number of ideas that are voted and rated.

It also provides analytics on the idea pipeline that is the total number of ideas, the number of ideas in evaluation, and the number of ideas in execution.

The ideation section also provides a snapshot of idea prioritization if they have been rated.

It shows all ideas based on their rating score for effort and rating for impact.

The execution board section provides a summary of ideas that are in implementation and have been implemented.

It also provides a breakup of in-progress implementations that is the number of delayed and on-track idea executions.

The task summary section provides analytics on execution tasks such as total tasks, tasks owned by me, and the tasks where I am involved in.

It also provides status of all execution tasks such as the number of tasks that are yet to be started.

The number of tasks that are in progress. How many of them are delayed and how many of them are on track.

This section also shows a number of completed tasks.

This section also shows the task completion rate and also the number of tasks that are overdue as their end date is passed.
